Happy Heine Holidays
The Holidays and coffee go together like peppermint and mocha. Heine Brothers Coffee needed to leverage the moment of the season to drive traffic and excitement with customers.
Big coffee chains were dominating this regional 20 unit coffee shop brand when it came to holiday enthusiasm. Insert 5 new holiday themed cups, 3 new LTO drinks, cafes blown out with holiday decor, and a surprise giveaway on the morning of the campaign launch.
All cafes drew 50+ people each, waiting in line to receive a gift box, see the cups, and try the new drinks, all before the clock struck 6AM. This excitement lead to one of the most profitable Q4s in company history, and set the tone for holidays to come.
